Our high-quality, immaculate boarding facilities are fully licensed by the local authority, maintained regularly, and run by an experienced caring team.

We have been awarded a 3-star rating by the local authorities. This is the highest rating available for a kennel of our size and location.

Located in the picturesque countryside between Preston and Longridge with access to excellent dog walks. We will provide a safe environment where your dog can run around and enjoy their stay with us.

Drop off and pick up times

In order for us to take the best possible care of the dogs staying with us, our reception desk will be open during the times below.

Monday – Saturday

Between 9 am and 10 am -and 4 pm and 5 pm

Sunday 4 pm until 5 pm

About Our Staff

Kennels accommodation

Our dog kennels are within a temperature controlled environment offering your dog a comfortable, spacious area to rest and sleep. They benefit from natural light with raised bedding to keep them relaxed and comfortable. We also offer dogs from the same family to stay together, helping them enjoy their stay even more. Our dog kennels also meet all required guidance for dog boarding establishments.

Nutrition

We feed all dogs twice a day unless otherwise specified. We can tailor your dogs care to their nutritional needs or dietary requirements.

Exercise and play

All dogs are exercised twice a day for a minimum of 30 minutes in the gorgeous countryside surrounding Cow Hill dog kennels. This is also combined with play time where our staff engage our with residents, and mentally stimulate them with games and social play with other like minded dogs. If your dog requires additional exercise ,or 1-2-1 care with injuries or old age, then this can be discussed when booking.

Security and insurance

All of our dog kennels are fully insured and have 24 hour CCTV in operation. Allowing us to watch over all dogs at all times. We also schedule regular checks throughout the day when dogs are in their kennels.

Medical care and vaccinations

All veterinary medication can be administered safely by our trained team. We can discuss any additional medication, such as injections, with you when booking your dog boarding with us. Access to experienced vets is also catered for if needed.

All dogs must be fully vaccinated before entering the boarding kennels. If proof of vaccination is not provided on arrival to the kennels your animal/animals WILL be refused entry. Kennel Cough Vaccination is mandatory.

Our dog Ozzie who is 6 years old had never stayed in kennels before so we were a bit worried about leaving him but he absolutely loved it here they are so welcoming and lovely with the dogs we will definitely come again and would highly recommend xxx
